This high-end aluminum rim was developed for riders who want to throw themselves into cross-country races with light but stable wheels and want to compete for victory. Like all Newmen Evolution SL components, the rim consists of a high-strength aluminum alloy and impresses with first-class mechanical properties and low weight. 25mm inner width is an optimal combination between width and weight and allows lower tire pressure, which is reflected in better grip and more comfort. The flared and reinforced rim flanges are more resistant to damage from punctures and give the tire a rounder shape and thus even better cornering.
