With the Advanced SL Gravel wheels, Newmen builds a perfect companion for your off-road exploration trips and long-distance adventures. Equipped with robust yet ultra-light carbon rims, the Advanced SL combines reliability, comfort and efficiency. The hookless rim flanges, which have long been tried and tested in the mountain bike world, paired with a flat, forgiving rim profile, result in one of the lightest gravel wheelsets on the market at a weight of 1260 grams. In addition, the missing hooks enable the large inner rim width of 25 millimeters, which allows wide tubeless gravel tires to be used with very low air pressures. The Advanced SL wheels are laced with the light and durable Newmen Fade hubs. Equipped with high-quality, double-sealed industrial bearings, the hubs stand for durability under all conditions. The grease used by Newmen offers 25% more water absorption capacity and a very high bleed-out temperature, which protects the bearings from premature wear and corrosion.
