Like all Newmen carbon rims, the Advanced SL XA30 rim consists of high-end UD fibers and impresses with first-class mechanical properties and extremely low weight. It is the ideal basis for a light cross-country wheelset. The hookless construction predestines them for tubeless use. The significantly reinforced rim flange withstands possible punctures better and allows driving with little air pressure. In order to avoid weak points and increase the service life, the spoke holes were drilled using a special method. The inner width, which is very large for cross-country rims, also gives wide tires a reliable hold.
