Built around the same frame as our acclaimed Acid and Reaction series, the Race ONE's carefully selected components offer the best possible blend of performance and reliability. Shimano's 2x12 transmission serves up an epic gear range in a smooth-shifting, easy-to-use package. Powerful hydraulic disc brakes help you keep your speed in check whenever needed. A CUBE wheelset shod with grippy Schwalbe tyres gives you fast acceleration and superb grip. Let's race...For the Race ONE's frame we started with mechanically formed, double-butted 6061 aluminium main frame tubes, and added a tapered head tube. This structure forms a rigid backbone for the rest of the frame, carefully tailored with our Agile Ride Geometry to create a chassis that's responsive and accurate. Then we tidied up the mudguard and carrier mounting points, so you can accessorise your bike without ruining its clean lines. Details, see? It's what makes a CUBE.
